Glenridding and Patterdale sit at the southern end of Ullswater beneath Helvellyn, and they are busy with walkers and visitors all year round. Cottages, B&Bs and hotels here get through plenty of firewood, and there is nothing quite like a real fire after a long day on the fells.
We drive round the lake from Askham with your order, and delivery is free. Our kiln-dried hardwood is ideal for guests because it lights easily and burns cleanly, while seasoned hardwood keeps costs down for owners who burn a lot. Kindling and firelighter bundles make it easy for anyone to get the fire going.
Sustainable Firewood
Our Cumbrian firewood is carefully sourced from sustainable woodlands.
